He should have had the same outcome as the Duke lacross players got - not only a dismissal of criminal actions against them, but a finding that they were innocent and a discharge and disbarment of the government offic holder who directed the prosection to proceed at the same time as he withheld information that established their innocence. Ray Lewis ran into a prosecutor who wanted notariety. There was no evidence to link him to murder or any criminal activity that approached such. Unfortunatly the fact that he was charged lingers on long after the case against him was thrown out.
